The Development: 

An iconic development in the heart of Brisbane. At 249 metres high, Infinity is one of the tallest residential towers in Australia comprising 81 levels and 549 apartments. 

The Ventilation Solution: 

• With no option to discharge the wet area exhaust systems via each apartment’s facade or via a traditional vertical ventilation riser a unique ventilation solution was required.
• Expella designed and installed mechanical ventilation systems for each apartment using horizontal risers on each floor discharging through a central plant room.
• Expella installed the Elicent AXCTP fan range because of their superior quality and ability to operate at high static pressure.
