The Development:

A landmark 40 storey residential tower complemented by retail and commercial spaces on the lower floors. Designed by Woods Bagot, the $165 million development was completed in 2020.

Expella’s Key Deliverables:

Expella tested and reported on range-hood performance through an alternative external grille that was integrated into the window frame.
Designed and fabricated an internal linear slot grille that was easy to install and maintain.
Designed and fabricated a low profile transition box for connection to the window frames.
Pre-construction system testing.
Performed the installation of bathroom, laundry and kitchen exhaust systems to 403 high end residential apartments using low profile ducting and in-line exhaust fans.
Installation of make-up air systems to 403 apartments.
Air flow testing and commissioning.

Expella designed and fabricated an internal Linear Slot Grille for West Village Parramatta that is easy to install and maintain.

The Linear Slot Grille sits discreetly on a gyprock ceiling, this product was installed as part of the bathroom ventilation system in all of the West Village Parramatta apartments.

It has a streamlined, minimal appearance ensuring that the aesthetic qualities of an interior space are not compromised. Available in two lengths (600mm and 780mm), it has quick-fit snap in clips for fast and simple installation and a removable face plate for easy cleaning and maintenance.
