Expella’s Coreduct™ is a low profile range of rigid duct and fittings for use in domestic and commercial ventilation systems. It has been specifically designed for easy installation in buildings with tight ceiling and wall cavities where space is limited. Coreduct™ Lengths are delivered in convenient flat pack form for easy site handling and efficient storage and transport. Duct lengths simply pop up and fit into Coreduct™ adaptors, joiners, junctions and bends which provide structural stability and hold the rigid duct lengths in place.

Coreduct™ lengths are manufactured in Australia from fire retardant polypropylene – a strong, rigid, lightweight material that is easy to handle on a building site and when working at heights. Lengths can be cut to size by hand with a knife for added convenience on site. The low-profile design has smooth internal surfaces for efficient airflow and low noise levels. Coreduct™ lengths are moisture proof, 100% recyclable and require no maintenance once installed.

Coreduct™ is a modular rigid duct system with a variety of joiner and junction fittings, offering ease and flexibility when designing and installing effective air handling systems.
Coreduct™ has a low profile design that leaves more space for other building services.
Duct, joiners, brackets and T junctions are all delivered in convenient flat pack form for easy site handling and more efficient storage and transport. The parts simply pop up and fit with other Coreduct™ components.
Coreduct™ is rigid once assembled, lowering the risk of torn or squashed duct and under-performing air handling systems.
Duct lengths are made from fire retardant polypropylene – a durable, light weight material that is easy to cut by hand on site.

Please note, Coreduct™ is a modular system of components that fit easily and securely together. Coreduct™ Lengths are designed to be used exclusively with Coreduct™ joiners, bends, junctions and adaptors (sold separately).

Expella’s Coreduct™ is designed for use with domestic and commercial air handling systems (mechanical ventilation). Coreduct™ is a complete low profile duct system with Coreduct™ components designed to fit easily and securely together. Do not attempt to integrate third party joiners, bends, junctions and adaptors with the Coreduct™ system.

Coreduct™ is best installed before the ceiling is sheeted. Fix Coreduct™ Lengths directly to the building structure using 2x Coreduct™ Fixing Brackets (or builders strap) per 1.5m length.

16mm (8G) self drilling screws and reinforced aluminium tape (foil tape) is required for installation. Coreduct™ Lengths can be easily cut to desired lengths using a sharp Stanley knife and builders square for a straight cut.

The Coreduct™ system requires no maintenance once installed.
