Expella’s Subfloor Fan is an energy efficient box fan that will keep under floor spaces well ventilated minimising the risk of rot, mould and termites. The fan is simple to install within the external wall of a building and may also be suitable for bathroom and laundry exhaust. The Subfloor Fan is available in exhaust or supply air models that quietly and efficiently remove damp air for a healthier home.
