Shipping Policy

Expella delivers Australia wide using select delivery partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on the post code entered at checkout, pricing starts from $22 and varies depending on the state you live in. We offer flat rate shipping for our ventilation products, regardless of order size. Shipping rates for toilets are calculated based on weight and state.

Order processing

Once payment is received you will receive an order summary via email. Orders are prepared and despatched from our warehouse in Cromer NSW. Orders placed before 12:00pm on a business day will be processed on the next business day, orders placed after 12:00pm or on a weekend will be processed within two business days. Please allow a few extra days despatch time for toilets due to their weight and size. Customers will be notified by email once an order has been despatched. Please allow for longer timeframes during high-volume sale or order periods.

Please note that while all efforts are made to ensure prompt despatch and delivery, timeframes are subject to change. We recommend booking your trades once all items are received and checked. This will help avoid issues if there are any delays.

Click and Collect
For customers in Sydney, Expella offers click and collect, this option can be selected at checkout. Order collection is from our warehouse in Cromer between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday. In stock products ordered before midday may be collected after 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend will be ready for collection on the next business day. An email will be sent when your order is processed and ready for pickup.

Order tracking
Once despatched, your order will be assigned a consignment number which will be emailed to you allowing tracking thorough our delivery partner.

Receiving an order from Expella

We are only able to deliver to physical addresses, delivery to Post Office Boxes is not possible. Please ensure somebody is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If nobody is available and you would like goods to be left unattended in a safe and secure location, you may give approval for this to happen when placing your order. Please note that our delivery partners will only leave items unattended if this option has been selected at the time of ordering. If goods cannot be left and there is nobody available to receive the order the goods may be returned to Expella resulting in delivery delays.

Whilst all care is taken, on rare occasions items can be mishandled during the delivery process. If you notice there is damage to the packaging and you are unsure if the product(s) inside are damaged, do not accept the delivery without making a note of the damage with the delivery driver at the time of signing for the goods. If the product is damaged, we require notification within 7 days from the date of delivery. Expella will organise replacement product(s) to be shipped promptly.

International Orders

International orders may be processed manually by our team. For orders that require international delivery, please email orders@expella.com.au or call our office +612 9981 1622 and our friendly team will be able to assist.
