The Ventilation Solution:
With no option to discharge the wet area exhaust systems via each apartment’s facade or via a traditional vertical ventilation riser a unique ventilation solution was required.
Expella designed and installed mechanical ventilation systems for each apartment using horizontal risers on each floor discharging through a central plant room.
Expella installed the Elicent AXCTP fan range because of their superior quality and ability to operate at high static pressure.
