Soleil Meriton is a luxurious residential skyscraper located at 495 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, Australia. Completed in 2011, Soleil is 243 metres (74 stories) tall comprising of 464 apartments and is one of Brisbane’s tallest buildings.
The Ventilation Solution:
Expella designed and installed mechanical ventilation systems for each apartment using horizontal risers on each floor discharging through a central plant room.
