Builder: Parkview

The Development:

A landmark 40 storey residential tower complemented by retail and commercial spaces on the lower floors. Designed by Woods Bagot, the $165 million development was completed in 2020.

Expella’s Key Deliverables:

• Expella tested and reported on range-hood performance through an alternative external grille that was integrated into the window frame.
• Designed and fabricated an internal linear slot grille that was easy to install and maintain.
• Designed and fabricated a low profile transition box for connection to the window frames.
• Pre-construction system testing.
• Performed the installation of bathroom, laundry and kitchen exhaust systems to 403 high end residential apartments using low profile ducting and in-line exhaust fans.
• Installation of make-up air systems to 403 apartments.
• Air flow testing and commissioning.
